  1. I was at the Racine Target today, and when I got home, I realised one item was missing. I tried calling the Racine store, and no one answered. I tried calling the different departments, but got no answer or a hangup. I could have left the item at the checkout, and I wanted to know if anyone had found it. This is poor customer service and extremely rude to hang up or be ignored. My receipt number is RE#2-5277-0152-0161-9761-6.

  2. For whatever reason, the frozen meals and frozen veg were switched and in the other aisle, which is very confusing and misleading, and I have no idea how someone could make this thorough of a mistake. This was the Shiloh, IL, location.

  3. I just completed the survey at the bottom of my receipt. The question asked what I liked. I provided feedback on what I liked and what I thought I could improve on. Usually, my trips to Target are pleasant; today, the lady working in the fitting room around 11:30-12:00 pm was extremely rude.

    She followed my daughter and me down the hall to the fitting room and called me stupid when I didn’t respond to her when leaving. I had already placed the one item I wasn’t taking on the rack, which she didn’t see as she was engaged in speaking to another co-worker.

    From the time my daughter and I walked up, I felt uncomfortable, and I wondered if she was profiling us. I almost wanted to leave everything.

    I was not able to get her name; however, she was an older Caucasian lady with short blonde hair close to grey. The experience with her reminded me of why so many African Americans started boycotting Target. She really made me feel uncomfortable and upset.   4. I just wanted to send an appreciation and THANK YOU to Kylie at the West St. Paul Target store on Robert Street. We were checking out our groceries on Tuesday morning, 2-17-26. She was very kind and courteous, providing us with excellent customer service and support. I just wanted to THANK her and wish her a very happy and Blessed day.

  5. Wanda at the 3300 N Ashland location in Chicago went above and beyond for me! I was trying to find an item that wasn’t on the shelves for my children, and she went and found them in the back storeroom!

  6. I shop at your Blaine store all the time. Every time I come in, I get frustrated because all your American flags are shredded, and one of them is barely hanging on, ripped off from the bottom part of the flag. To me, this is very, very disrespectful. It can’t be that expensive to get five new flags and hang them correctly.
