I had dinner with friends on 2/4/26, survey code 8365010028367. My bill was 16.19, I paid with a credit card and gave a 20% gratuity, which, according to the examples on my receipt, should have been $3.24. I was charged $8.64 in tips, bringing the total to $24.83.
That is double what should have been. I used the machine on the table.

I am totally annoyed about the decision made by some IDIOT at the corporate TOP to turn off the sound for the Super Bowl! It was a totally lame decision. I’m sure all your staff appreciated the day off, as I am certain our local store wasn’t the only one in the chain that was totally dead, business-wise, because of that decision.
